The ticketing division handles all air travel arrangements for both corporations and individuals. We have a total of 11 travel managers and consultants. All our staff are experienced and professionally trained. In order for the staff to give a prompt response, each staff is given a reservation terminal, which can also be used for the faxing of reservation details directly to clients. We provide a 24-hour paging service to cater to last minute business travel arrangements after office hours.

Our travel management control system will be tuned to meet your specific requirements. A procedure form will be drew up to be mutually observed by both your personnel and Sky Centre ‘s staff.

This structure will act as a guideline to staff on the agreed benefits for your travellers.

The form will hold procedural details including:

• Traveller’s Personal Profile / Preference
• Traveller’s Entitlement eg class of travel, transfer requirements (i.e. one or two way), car type, type of hotel etc.
• Personal Travel Entitlement
• Invoicing Method

This control system will ensure a comprehensive and efficient working system that will mutually beneficial.

With our indepth knowledge of the different pricing policies of various airlines and the special contracted rates negotiated with large number of hotel worldwide (e.g. Sheraton, Hilton, Hyatt, Holiday Inn etc.). We would be able to achieve monetary benefits and match your corporate needs.

Assisting client in completion of application and renewal of forms to avoid unnecessary checking and wasting of client’s time. We always maintain a Personal Data of every client information. In additional, we deliver and collect documents to and from clients’ offices, hotel or residence as and when required.

Sky Centre Air-Travel has incorporated a special travel insurance program exclusively to our corporate travellers. The program is designed with your traveller’s needs and safety in mind. We provides an assured sum of up to S$500,000 with comprehensive coverage for personal accidents, flight delay, flight misconnection, lost of luggage and medical.
