TERMS & CONDITIONS
A. Application

Application for the above services is subject to the following terms and conditions, and all procedures and conditions established by the Company, as may be modified or amended from time to time. Any such modifications or amendments shall be effective upon the earlier of the posting by the Company of any such amendments of modifications on the relevant web site or direct e-mail notification of the same to the Customer.

The Customer agrees to be bound by the various terms and conditions in this Agreement as well as the Company's user guide, service registration form and any other document or form of the Company which the Customer may submit to the Company in relation to the web site and any other terms and conditions that the Customer may prescribe from time to time.

By using this Web Site, you signify you have read and accepted these conditions of Use of Web Site. If you don’t agree to the conditions, do not use the Web Site.
B. Web Site Service
General

The Customer must register with the Company to make any reservations or transact with the Company through its web site.

The Customer shall provide truthful and accurate information in the registration form, booking form and when submitting information or making requests of any kind with the Company whether by e-mail, by using the forms provided by the Company at the web site or by other means of communications.

The Customer shall keep confidential all password, login-ID and other codes issued by the Company in order to enable the Customer to access the web site services and the Customer shall be responsible for all Customer instructions effected (whether authorised or not) through the use of such password, login-ID or codes.

The Company reserve the right to issue any combination of letters and/or numerals for the password, login-ID and codes.

The Customer agrees to take all precautions to safeguard the password, login-ID and codes suc as (but no limited to) not disclosing them to anyone and informing the Company if there is any suspicion that someone knows the password, login-ID or codes to prevent fraudulent or unauthorised use of the transactions.

The Company shall at its discretion be entitled to deactivate or revoke the use of such password, login-ID and codes at any time without assigning andy reason and without prior notice to the customer.

The Customer shall remain liable for all liabilities incurred pursuant to Customer instructions received by the Company (whether authorised or not).

The Company is not obliged to cancel or amend any Customer instructions after it has been transmitted to the Company. The Company shall use reasonable effort to act on the request of the Customer for cancellation or amendment prior to the Company's execution of such instruction, but the Company shall have no liability if such cancellation or amendment is not effected.

The Customer agrees to waive all rights and remedies against the Company in respect of any loss, damage, liability or expense suffered by such Customer howsoever caused, through any actual or suspected unauthorised disclosure or any actual or suspected unauthorised use of the password, login-ID or code.
C. Online Purchase/Transactions

The Company acts as agent for all travel, tour and other services and productons purchased and shall not be liable for the Customer for any claims against non-fulfillment or non-performance of services and products purchased on the Customer's behalf by the Company from third parties such as (but not limited to) airlines, hotels, tour operators, car hire companies.

The Customer understands and agrees that all services and products purchased from the Company require fulfillment or performance and documentation such as issuance of air tickets and travel vouchers which may require a processing time of minimum half a working day's notice subject to specific conditions applicable to the type of service or product purchased.

The Company reserves the right to decline any purchase from the Customer without giving any reason and shall refund in full and utilised monies collected from the Customer without being held liable for any claims for damage or compensation.

The Customer agrees to bear the cost of any penalties and administration fees for cancellation or services booked but not utilised for any reason.

The Customer agrees that multiple over-lapping bookings for services are not allowed and shall be liable for any penalties resulting thereof.
D. Force Majeure

In the event that the Company is rendered wholly or partly unable to perform the terms of this Agreement or its obligations by reason of causes beyond its control including (but not limited to) equipment, system or transmission link malfunction or failure, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, accidents, power blackouts or failure, labour disputes, acts, demands or requirements of the law or by other causes which it cannot reasonably be expected to avoid, the performance of the obligations of the Company as they are affected by such cases shall be excused for the continuance of any inability so caused.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or inconvenience whatsoever caused by or arising from or in connection with anyone or more of the abovementioned causes.
E. Disclosure of Information

The Customer agrees that the Company may divulge or reveal any information whatsoever regarding the Customer to any person or entity (whether related or unrelated to the Company) for purposes of that person or entity marketing any product or service to the Customer, whether by electronic means or otherwise.

The Company does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. The Company may provide aggregate statistics about its customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third party vendors, but these statistics will not include personal identifying information. The Company may release customer's account information when such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with the law (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of the Company's user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or protection of the Company, the Customers or others.

The Company is not responsible nor liable in any way for the privacy practice of other web sites which the Company's web site is linked.
F. Travel Insurance
You are advised to purchase insurance coverage with respect to trip / tour cancellation / curtailment, accident, injury, illness, medical/hospitalization, flight delay, baggage lost, theft and in respect of any other area you consider necessary. Our staff will be pleased to assist in the enquiries of any such insurance arrangements.
G. Visa
Please request our sales office to check with the embassy for visa requirements.
Different embassies / consulates require varying lengths of time to process visa applications on which our sales office will advise you accordingly. Please forward your passport to us as early as possible for visa applications.
Wherever possible, we would assist in making visa applications. The company cannot, however, guarantee the approval of your visa application.
Your contract with us is on your undertaking that Sky Centre Air-Travel Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any expenses, reimbursement, refund or any claim whatsoever whether at law or at equity if you are deported or refused entry by immigration authorities on the tour for whatever reasons, including improper travel conditions, quarantine, custom regulations, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause harm / damage to person or property or for any other reasons.
F. Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The Customer irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore and consents to the process (whether personal or otherwise) by prepaid post (ordinary or registered) to the last known address of the Customer in the Company's record.
